Sunday, May 1, 2016 | 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

DEN Meditation | 360 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90036

In a world consumed by spirituality, what exactly makes a person spiritual? And in the

midst of our busy lives, how do we find the time to meditate and set mindful intentions?

Mallika Chopra and Chandresh Bhardwaj have dedicated their lives to helping people

answer these questions and discover their spirituality within. Join them for an intimate

conversation on spirituality, intention, and self-reflection at Den Meditation. The pair

will discuss their work and personal experiences with spirituality, address questions from

the crowd, and lead a guided meditation with Tibetan singing bowls. Guests will leave

inspired, energized, and with a better understanding of spirituality.

Mallika and Chandresh both come from dynamic spiritual backgrounds: Mallika is the

daughter of renowned wellness expert Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Chandresh comes from a

long lineage of traditional spiritual gurus. Together, their take on spirituality and

meditation is heart-warming and genuine exploration into discovering our true selves.

Copies of Mallika’s latest book, Living with Intent: My Somewhat Messy Journey to

Purpose, Peace and Joy, and Chandresh’s debut book, Break the Norms: Questioning
