The Three Dimensions That Lead to Abundance

Leela Newsletter

Namaste,

I hope you're having a

creative, easy, and cozy day.

I have been reflecting on what

makes a seeker successful

in material and spiritual realms.

What makes your life

more balanced,

more hopeful,

more abundant?

Social media can give you multiple narratives

on what it means to be successful,

how to cultivate that success, and so on.

In my experience, with artists, seekers, clients,

over all these years I've realized

three things

can set your life up for the

joy and abundance

that you're craving.

And those three,

I call them the three dimensions of life:

earning, learning, and meditating.

I invite you to

reimagine your relationship

with these three elements,

and we'll go into them one by one.

Number one is earning.

Earning means acquiring the wisdom on:

What is abundance for me?

What's my relationship to the abundance?

What barriers limit me

in experiencing that abundant life?

While everybody wants to be successful,

it's very rare that people have a clear perspective

on what will make them feel successful.

Because many times

the idea of success

or the idea of making

a certain number of money,

comes from the wrong reasons.

The pressure of family,

culture,

the expectations,

or the benchmark you have

set up on your own self

influences the mind.

And the mind can mess it up

with all the calculations,

comparisons,

and competition.

Focus on:

Earning the abundance the way

you want it,

the way that fulfills your soul.

It's about earning the relationships

that not only brings you joy and happiness,

but also supports others.

A one way relationship

as an earn

isn't earning.

A one way relationship

where you squeeze happiness

out of the other and call it love,

is not love.

Earning here means

working devotedly

and intentionally

to attract and invite

the right humans, experiences,

and opportunities.

Do what it takes to bring that earning mentality

that simply thinking or hoping for it

wouldn't bring you anything.

That's just a wishful thinking,

but truly doing the work to burn it

will make the magic happen.

Number two is learning.

Learning here means

truly becoming

the master of your art.

Learning here means

showing up for the skill sets,

creating the sacred hour

to show up for your art

And not stopping in

your comfort zone,

not getting too comfortable with

where things are.

Go gently and mindfully at your pace

yet continuing to step out of your comfort zone.

Learning here also means

learning your self love language.

What is it that makes

your soul, mind, and body

feel safe,

connected,

easy,

and comfortable?

Learn about your relationship

with your intimacy.

What is your love language?

How do you show up for your creativity?

Learn all about your existence.

When we are confused about our life purpose,

or the other tender aspects of life,

most of the times the answer is

in knowing who you are.

Once you know who you are,

it will be easy for you to figure out

what you're supposed to do

and how you're supposed to show up.

Number three is meditating.

Meditating here does not mean

chanting mantras constantly

or pushing yourself

to meditate and feel resentful about it

or doing it simply because

a teacher has told you to do it.

Meditating here means the act of relaxation.

The ultimate spiritual act is to be relaxed,

and be a witness of

all the thoughts

coming and going.

Meditating here means

to be able to invite

the intuition,

the ideas,

the stories

that are longing to

express itself

through you.

Think 🤔

What else can you do

on a day when you're not meditating?

Diversify your ways of meditating.

It could be sitting during the mantra meditation,

and certain days it could be writing the journal

and certain days it could be going for a mindful walk.

It could also mean

just having a session

of writing or dancing

or whatever makes you feel

easy, playful and sensual.

P.S:

I'm excited to receive your responses on

Tantra Tribe.

It is everything

that will focus on your

earning, learning and meditate.

In the next few days,

we will start to finalize

and invite the Tantra Tribe members

hopefully, we will have our first video call.
